Brenda Lekse is an award-winning floral designer, instructor and flower farmer who owns RUE de FLEURS. For over 25 years, Brenda continues to be recognized for her talent as an innovator of floral design. Specializing in Wedding and corporate event design, Brenda has been featured in magazines and designed wedding bouquets for popular publications such as Indianapolis Monthly, Wedding Day Magazine and Carmel magazine. In March of 2025, Brenda won the prestigious “Excellence in Nature” award at Newfields ART in BLOOM Including multiple wins from the International Live Event Society (PACE) Professional Achievement in Creative Arts. Brenda also writes articles on flower farming and floral design.
